Robotic Lawn Mowers

Specialists in service, repairs and spare parts for wheel motors. Swedish Mower Parts delivers reliable expertise, fast support and high-quality components for professional and private users throughout Europe.

Here you will find the best parts to repair and maintain your robotic lawnmower. We are specialists in parts for wheel motors but also have many other things in stock that we know are needed to keep your machine in good condition.
We are not an ordinary retailer of spare parts, instead we make our own parts that we see are needed. We use our own experience in servicing these machines to create the best parts.
With almost 20 years of experience in product development, we have created the knowledge to produce the best, at a reasonable price. We produce everything in-house and with our own requirements!
If you want the best for your machine, you have found the right place!

What are we good at?

We have created the best service parts for wheel motors, which were previously not available on the market. Our parts can even make the motors better than new!
This has also developed to the point that we have supplemented the range with most of what you could need in terms of service, which we think we can do in a good way. If we can't do it as well as the original, we won't do it.
We are proud of all our parts, and in the vast majority of cases we have improved them in some way so that we feel proud of them!
We also try to have a very high level of customer service, if there are any problems we will solve it together!

If this sounds good, please visit the webshop and see what we can offer!

Thanks Gordon

Some Good Advices
Taking care of your robotic lawnmower mainly involves regular cleaning, blade replacement and proper winter storage to extend its lifespan and ensure good mowing results.
Here are the most important points for maintenance: Regular maintenance (every/every two weeks)
Cleaning: Clean the underside of grass and dirt. Use a soft brush or a damp cloth.
Water cleaning: Many modern models can withstand rinsing with a water hose (not a high-pressure washer) on the underside, but see the manufacturer's manual.
Blade replacement: Replace blades regularly, preferably every 4-6 weeks, to avoid tearing the grass, which can make the lawn yellowish.
Check charging contacts: Clean the charging plates on both the mower and the station as needed to ensure proper charging.
Seasonal maintenance
Spring start: Clean the machine thoroughly, check that the blades are sharp and check the charging station before using it.
Cutting height: Start the season with a higher cutting height and gradually lower it.
Charging station: Place the charging station on a flat area and keep it clear around it.
Winter storage
Clean thoroughly: Remove all grass before winter rest.
Dry and warm: Store the robot and charging station in a dry and frost-free place during the winter.
Battery care: Fully charge the battery before storing it for the winter.
Expert tips
Use a robot garage: A small roof/house protects against sun and rain, which fades the plastic and wears out the electronics.
Avoid sprinklers: Remember to turn off sprinklers so that the robot does not run over and damage the hose.
Do not mow too often: Let the lawn rest, it is often enough for the machine to work 5 days out of 7.

Reinforced wheel bearing, a very good improvement
Reinforced wheel bearing, a very good improvement
The motors have a design flaw that causes them to wear out after about 5000h.
I explain our solution that makes the lifespan much longer.
Longer wheel axle and longer distance between wheel bearings
Longer wheel axle and longer distance between wheel bearings
Longer distances between the ball bearings provide significantly less pressure on the wheel axle from the weight of the machine. This greatly increases the service life and the gears work straight and not crookedly as when the wheel motors are worn.
Sometimes even the electric motor needs love
Sometimes even the electric motor needs love
Sometimes grease mixed with metal debris has moved through the electric motor's ball bearings to the motor's magnets and blocks rotation, and then you can get an error code for blocked motor. Here I clean the motor and replace the ball bearings.

To avoid damaging the new bearings, it is important to press the parts together correctly.
